Our Story
Our New Zealand owned parent company, Ember Technology, started its carbon zero certification in 2020. We noticed how time consuming it was to gather the audit data so our software developers decided to do something about it!
The more we talked with other organisations, the more pain we saw. Smart graduates were deep in spreadsheets and not fulfilling their passion of making a difference. They were frustrated and sometimes feeling isolated within their own organisation. Plus, they weren’t even 100% confident in their data because it was a bird’s nest of sources and storage.
Despite our humble beginning, we want everyone driving toward a sustainable future to feel supported, recognised and part of a community. A tribe of Green Angels was born!
We believe in ‘our why’ so much that we’re pouring every ounce of energy and resource into the Green Angels. Our team is growing quickly and we hope you’ll join us to make our collective voice even louder.
